If you have dietary requirements, such as an intolerance or allergy, please mention this when making the reservation. When booking online, you can mention this in the ‘dietary requirements, allergies or other comments’ box.

The menu information we provide should not be regarded as any kind of guarantee. You should assess the level of risk based on your personal circumstances before eating our dishes.

You are welcome to bring your own wine that is not on our wine list. The corkage fee is €30 per 750ml bottle.

For parties of five people or more and during busy periods, we ask for a credit card guarantee when booking. We do this to avoid no-shows and not have to disappoint guests unnecessarily. The cancellation policy and no-show fee are listed in the booking confirmation.

We do not serve alcohol if you are under 18 or cannot identify yourself at the request of one of our staff members. Not even if you are with your parents or accompanied by an adult.

Our restaurant is completely non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terrace.

If you do not notify us of a cancellation, a fee will be charged to your credit card. The amount of this fee is stated in your booking confirmation.

Reservations

Please do, we cannot guarantee a table without a reservation. Waiting at the bar is of course always allowed!

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. On the terrace they are. There we have a nice bowl of water for the dog.

We appreciate it if you inform us of any changes in good time. If this does not happen or on the day of booking, we cannot guarantee your change.

We will contact you by email, text or phone to reconfirm the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive reconfirmation.

Please contact us if you arrive late. If you do not notify us, we may release your table after 20 minutes

Of course, we take your preferences into account, however, a specific tables or location preference can never be guaranteed. This also applies to our terrace.

Bistro Francis is located in Valkenburg in the beautiful Hotel Kint. For directions, keep to Oosterweg 5 and park in the car park opposite the hotel or in the Oosterweg 18 car park.
